By using Antonix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Antonix provides AI-generated personalised nutrition plans for general wellness. We are not a medical provider. Nothing in Antonix constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your 7-day free trial begins on registration. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed automatically. You may cancel at any time , cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: share your account, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, use the service for commercial purposes without authorisation, or provide false health information that could harm you.
5. Health disclaimer
Antonix nutrition plans are generated based on information you provide. Results vary between individuals. Antonix makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or health improvements.
6. Data and privacy
Your use of Antonix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
7. Intellectual property
The Antonix platform, its design, and generated content are owned by Antonix d.o.o. Your personal nutrition plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of liability
Antonix is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
